Early Bird Option $15 (plus transaction fees if paying by PayPal or with a credit card)

Rush Option $30 (plus transaction fees if paying by PayPal or with a credit card)

How Raider Birthdays Work:

The PTO needs two weeks’ notice to process the order. The $15 Early Bird option applies to requests made two or more weeks in advance. However, if you missed the deadline but still want your birthday message displayed, you will use the Rush option. The $30 Rush option applies to requests made only 3-13 days in advance. PTO cannot accept last-minute/day of requests.

Your birthday message will be on the marquee for a total of 5 days, starting 2 days before till 2 days after the birthday. The message will read,

“Happy (age) Birthday, (student’s name)! From (your name)”.

This message will appear in a sequence with other QVMS information.

If paying by cash, please print the form, fill it out, and send it with exact cash to the Front Office at school in an envelope marked Birthday Shoutout. NO CHECKS, PLEASE.
